Building on this legacy, E. William Glaze Sr. ventured into the world of toolmaking and engineering, establishing Glaze Tool and Engineering in New Haven, Indiana, in 1974. Today, E. William Glaze Jr. steers the ship as the President and CEO, leading with the same dedication to ethical standards and customer focus that has been our hallmark since day one. The Glaze family tradition continues with Tanner, the latest torchbearer, learning the ropes as a toolmaker, ensuring that our legacy endures for generations to come.
